Job description

As the Executive Assistant to the Founders, you will play a crucial role in managing tasks, coordinating with the team, and supporting business development activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to 2 years of experience who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tasks and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate with team members and report progress to the founders.
  • Handle business development calls and engage with leads and prospects.
  • Book appointments and manage the founders' schedules.
  • Gradually understand our ERP product to assist in creating educational video content and hosting webinars.
  • Support the founders in various administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure smooth communication within the team.

Requirements:

  • Fresher to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
  • Energetic, dynamic, and eager to learn from the founders.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using office software and productivity tools.
  • Entrepreneurial background or experience is a big plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of ERP systems or willingness to learn.
  • Experience in business development or customer engagement.
  • Ability to create and deliver educational content.
