As the Executive Assistant to the Founders, you will play a crucial role in managing tasks, coordinating with the team, and supporting business development activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to 2 years of experience who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tasks and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with team members and report progress to the founders.
- Handle business development calls and engage with leads and prospects.
- Book appointments and manage the founders' schedules.
- Gradually understand our ERP product to assist in creating educational video content and hosting webinars.
- Support the founders in various administrative tasks and special projects.
- Maintain organized records and ensure smooth communication within the team.
Requirements:
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Energetic, dynamic, and eager to learn from the founders.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using office software and productivity tools.
- Entrepreneurial background or experience is a big plus.
